You are promised a raise every three months and be told company made changes so your raise is the new minimum wage. If you have any place garnishing your wages, be very careful. Payroll makes mistakes that delay your payments. They always choose to deduct 25% out of every paycheck not caring if they leave you in $0. Speak up. Agencies and County will have more empathy for you. Don't waste your time on management. They back these mistakes up. There are many Spanish speaking people working here.
